She embodies what being a great caregiver is all about. Her whatever its takes attitude and stellar work performance makes her so deserving of this award. We, my Mom and all of us love Bickford. The people that work here and care for Mom and all the other residents are awesome ! They take great care to make sure Mom is comfortable and safe in a friendly and loving home. We can't thank (name removed) and the whole staff enough for for all they do!

Overall I believe that (name removed) is committed to the residents of Bickford West Lansing and is doing a great job with what she has to work with. I think that some of the staff at Bickford WL are awesome and others are just very lazy! The number one concern I have is the number of times my mom pushes her call button and no one comes. Of all of the most important reasons for her to be there is for someone to be available when she needs them to assist her or in case of emergency. I would be happy to discuss my other concerns that are more minor but overall I appreciate everything (name removed) has done And we are grateful that Mom is there. On a high note my mother has been in the food service industry her whole life and she is very impressed with the food and kitchen staff, and coming from her that says a lot!
