Bickford of Davenport has shown our family great respect in caring for our mother. The staff responds to our concerns in a timely manner. We are thankful for the activities offered that promotes healthy socialization and thinking processes. Thankful!

Verbal abuse from a resident needs to be addressed. This resident has told me to F#ck off several times. Same resident has cussed at workers. When said resident is present, atmosphere changes in the room. My mom is afraid of this resident. Let me change my rating to a 3. I know Bickerford can do so much but I believe the resident has crossed the line and needs to be removed (for the sake of other residents & workers)

What I love best is the homey, cozy size of Bickford in Davenport. The caregivers do a fantastic job of interacting and building a repoire with the residents & their families. The activities director there, Sherri, is great with the residents and plans wonderful activities and outings!

We as a family supporting our mother living at Bickford are grateful to know she is well looked after. The staff are as helpful as our mother 'allows.' And yet, they are consistently gracious and patient. Thankful there is adequate medical care to eliminate many trips to the dr office! The managing staff is very accepting of our observations and suggestions and always responds positively. Thank you for your services and the personable care our mother receives!

Through needs for isolation care remained consistent. And there was no transmission to others. Well done. Best of all, My mother is feeling well and integrated in community and friendships.
